New Bat Rules for 2012 season per Pony Baseball Organization

1. All 2-3/4" bats are prohibited.
2. 2-5/8" bats (-3) must be BBCOR stamped.
3. In 2013, all 2-1/4" bats must be stamped
"Approved for play in Pony Baseball".
In 2012, our program will allow any 2-1/4" bat for ages 14 and under.

Henry Ruff School, 30300 Maplewood St, Garden City
(located on the corner of Henry Ruff and Maplewood St.)

Wednesday, February 15, 2012, 7:00 p.m.– 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 3, 2012, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
OR
Register Online -  February 5th – March 2nd at www.gcyaa.com

YOU MUST BRING a parent or legal guardian, birth certificate and registration fee (cash or check only) to walk-in registration. Credit cards are accepted only with online registration. A maximum number of players will be imposed in every house division to increase playing time for players. Last year, most divisions had waiting lists, so register before March 3rd to guarantee a spot and avoid late fees. All fees will increase by $20.00 on March 4th.

Hands-On T-Ball (played with plastic balls) - Walk-in Registration Only
Boys and Girls - Must be 4 years old by December 31, 2012. Fee is $35.00

T-Ball
Boys and Girls -Must be 5 or 6 years old by April 30, 2012. Fee is $65.00.

Young Pinto -  Walk-in Registration Only
Boys and Girls - 6 Year olds who may be advanced enough to play Machine-Pitch – Fee is $85.

Family Discount (3 or more siblings, includes all age levels) - Ex: 3rd child - $20 off total amount, 4th child - $30 off total amount.

A $20.00 Late Fee will be imposed on registrations after the March 3rd Walk-in Registration for ALL groups in T-Ball, Baseball, Softball, and Fast Pitch Softball.

To defray the cost of registration, we are offering the sale of candy. It is not required to sell candy.
**NEW PRICING AND CANDY THIS YEAR** - Each box contains 30 pieces of candy to sell for $1.00 a piece. An additional $15.00 will be added to your registration fee per one box of candy, thus defraying your cost by $15.00. All candy fees will be paid up front at walk-in registration only. The candy offer is a limited time offer. When we run out of candy, no more will be purchased. Register early if you would like to take advantage of the candy option.

Due to health considerations, purchasing a helmet is recommended. Helmets are available at walk-in registration for $20.00.
