Baseball/Softball/T-Ball Online Registration

Online Registration for Baseball, Softball and T-Ball is available now through March 2nd. Please note the following information before registering online:
 
Click Online Registration to start registering.

• Registration requires a signature from a parent or legal guardian, a birth certificate and a registration fee. The parent or guardian signature will be required before the child will be permitted to participate.
• Print out the registration from the email conformation, sign it and turn it in at evaluation on March 24th or April 28th (see evaluation information below).
• The website will verify if GCYAA has a birth certificate on file for returning players. If we are unable to verify a birth certificate is on file, you will need to mail a copy to:

• Only credit card is accepted for online registration. Only cash or check is accepted at walk-in registration.
• The player's evaluation number will be given when you sign in on evaluation day.
• A 4.5% convenience fee will be added to each online registration.
• After you add all your children to the shopping cart you will have to check out for the registrations to be accepted. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of signing up or you have questions regarding online registration email us at gcyaabaseball@wowway.com or call (734) 513-3831.

The option of candy sales to defray the cost of playing is only available at walk in registration. If you want to register online and still want to sell candy, you may appear at the walk in registration and ask for David Ferracciolo for the sales of candy. Candy will be offered until we run out.

Registering Online

To register online follow the steps below:
Click on Online Registration to start the process.
Screen 1 - Enter player's information.
Screen 2 - Follow the instructions and click continue.
Screen 3 - Verify data and add to shopping cart.

-- After adding to shopping cart you may add another player and repeat the above steps or click on "Secure Checkout" to pay for the registration.

An email receipt from PayPal will arrive shortly. Within 24 hours an email with registration information for each player you registered for will appear.

You may view your shopping cart at any time without disturbing the registration process.



Evaluation Information
Evaluations are held to even out teams. Please show up 15 minutes before the scheduled time for sign in. Evaluations consist of ground balls, fly balls, pitching and hitting. Bats and helmets are provided but a player may bring his or her own. Evaluations for 12 and under will be held indoors at the Garden City Middle School (GCMS) on March 24th and outdoors at the Garden City Park for the older players on April 28.
